It’s been a few days since I wrote anything because I’ve been going through a huge career change. I left my job in the biotech world to become the General Manager of the very first Club Pilates location in North Carolina! This kind of came about in a serendipitous way and at a great time career-wise for me… so I’m going for it! I’m ready to make this Club Pilates location THRIVE, and bring the amazing health benefits of Pilates to the masses. More to come in a later blog, as I’m in the airport on my phone typing this right now. Here are a few pics of my trip this week to GM training in Costa Mesa, California below. Sadly, it was raining a lot and very chilly. I brought the NC winter weather with me apparently!

Tons of elk here too!!So we came to Asheville for a Lord Huron concert and kayaking down the French Broad River. Mother Nature had other plans, and both of those were canceled because of the rain and flooding here. So we’ve done some adventuring around the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Highland Brewing Company, and the Art district. Instead of 70 degrees and sun we did get to revisit winter and enjoyed some beautiful snow on the Blue Ridge Parkway! We saw some live mountain music and tons of elk and wild turkeys. And the rivers were incredibly rough and beautiful from all the rain.Hiking at Catawba Falls Trail. There are waterfalls on waterfalls here. Highly recommend this hike! #hikingadventures #nc #ncstateparks #catawbafallstrail #waterfallsofinstagram #natureloversIn the second pic you can see Table Rock Mountain (left peak) and Hawksbill Mountain (right peak), which we climbed yesterday. #hikingadventures #hikinglove #ncmountains #sourhmountainstatepark
